Daarom gaat onze voorkeur uit naar kandidaten die Arabisch spreken en de culturele achtergrond van de doelgroep goed begrijpen.
What we ask for:
- Opleiding richting zorg of welzijn, niveau 3 of 4
- Minimaal 2 dagen per week beschikbaar (uren in overleg)
- Goede beheersing van de Arabische taal (spreken en begrijpen)
- Affiniteit met en begrip van de Arabische cultuur
- Strong social and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within the framework of a support plan
- Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a warm heart for our target group
- Respectful and reliable work attitude

What will you do?
As a Day Activity Supervisor, you support clients in various activities that contribute to their development, independence, and enjoyment. This includes creative activities, light work-related tasks, social activities, and maintaining daily structure.
You work independently, but always according to the client’s individual support plan and in consultation with the team. You ensure a pleasant, safe, and motivating atmosphere where every client feels seen.
