Voor het ontvangen van zorg vanuit de Wlz moet u een eigen bijdrage betalen. De rekening hiervan ontvangt u van het CAK. De hoogte van uw eigen bijdrage voor het ontvangen van Wlz is afhankelijk van uw leeftijd, gezinsinkomen en gezinssamenstelling. Het CAK stuurt u hiervan de rekening. Tot slot is een eigen bijdrage voor de zorgverzekering afhankelijk van het zorgproduct en uw afgesloten verzekering. Heeft u een Wlz indicatie in de vorm van modulair pakket thuis, dan berekent het CAK een eigen bijdrage die gebaseerd is op uw inkomen. Deze eigen bijdrage wordt vastgesteld door het CAK.

Own contribution 'CAK'

To receive care from the Wlz, you must pay a co-payment.

You will receive the bill for this from CAK.

The amount of your co-payment for receiving Wlz depends on your age, family income and family composition. The CAK will send you the bill for this. Finally, a co-payment for health insurance depends on the care product and your insurance policy taken out.

If you have a Wlz indication in the form of modular package at home, the CAK calculates a personal contribution based on your income. This personal contribution is determined by the CAK.
